Over the years, RW Management Services has developed a resource vendor directory for properties that are managed by the firm. This system provides references to reputable vendors whom we have worked with in the past to service other clients and who carry high business standards, a desire to provide outstanding work and competitive pricing all to help our association clients promote the best interest of the associations we manage. In addition, each service provider is required to be screened through of Vendor Services Department. Our firm never accepts any fees from service providers for referral of work to them.
This is an avenue that will be beneficial for boards to pursue in that it allows a cost savings approach for the services required to maintain every association. For more information on this service, please speak directly to your manager.
